Alicia Sacramone's 2008 Olympic performance didn't pan out exactly as she dreamed it would, and even worse, in the event finals for vault, some feel that the judging panel robbed her of her last chance at deserved redemption. Ask anyone who watched, and they'll recount the look on Sacramone's face, swallowed by her own disappointment, as she dug deep to finish each routine—teaching us all a thing or two about integrity.
We want to thank Sacramone for all her hard work, her graciousness with the media and her proud smile that has kept us inspired and in awe of these miraculous gymnasts. And I love hanging out with my friends and my bulldog Stella. I have a cross and just little good luck charms that my family and friends have given me over time.

When I was training for the Olympics, I worked out three hours in the morning, and then again in the afteroon for another four hours. We always try to eat pretty healthy, get proteins and veggies—a balanced diet.
